Monona Meadows is an affordable independent living community for older adults ages 55 or better and mobility impaired persons. We offer more than just a place to live and we would love for you to call Monona Meadows your home. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted income. Rent includes heat, water, and sewer. Also included in the rent is an electricity allowance.
