I checked on her today and she is making much progress arranging her room (with a little help from me and my family), and things are beginning to settle into a routine of sorts. All things considered, this is the best possible solution we could ever have hoped for. You did a great job."
"The latest news is that my mother has agreed to go to assisted living. The nice thing about this facility is that they have assisted living on the first floor then skilled nursing care on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a primary care physician in the front section of this community and since I needed to get a new doctor for my mother anyway, it all seemed to come together. You were a big help in this process. And yes, the communities/facilities you sent me were helpful too. Many of them contacted me by phone or email and they were very nice. Truly, again I want to thank you for being there for me. You were calming and caring as well as being a good listener when I needed one. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have your support."
