Arbour Square of Harleysville offers a new concept in retirement living as we are an inclusive rental community, with no entrance or buy-in fees, offering care-free and surprisingly affordable independent retirement living. One monthly fee includes rent, meals (lunch and dinner daily), heat, a/c, electric, water, sewer, garbage pickup, bi-weekly housekeeping, maintenance, laundry facilities, local transportation, activities and more. We provide a "home-like atmosphere with hotel-like services."

Arbour Square brings many services and ammenities from the outside community into the Arbour Aquare community making it very easy and carefree living for residents. Residents can enjoy the convenience of on sire medical care, outpatient therapy, a fitness and wellness center, BYOB pub, beauty shop, bank post office, general store, game room, movie theater, computer room and library.

Arbour Square is situated 22 acres in beautiful Montgomery County and has completed phase 1 of a 3 phase project. The next phase is an Assisted Living community which is scheduled to open late 2008 or early 2009. The 3rd phase will be another independent retirement community.
