"My mom is adjusting as well as or maybe better than we hoped. My family loves the place and we are happy she is in a safe, clean apartment. It's very convenient for us to stop in and visit, and we know she is getting good meals, even if she doesn't participate in anything else. You were a big help in giving us the names of places and I checked them all out, so I feel I chose the best place for her. I would highly recommend you to anybody that is in the situation I was in."

"The latest news is that my mother has agreed to go to assisted living. The nice thing about this facility is that they have assisted living on the first floor then skilled nursing care on the 2nd and 3rd floor. There is a primary care physician in the front section of this community and since I needed to get a new doctor for my mother anyway, it all seemed to come together. You were a big help in this process. And yes, the communities/facilities you sent me were helpful too. Many of them contacted me by phone or email and they were very nice. Truly, again I want to thank you for being there for me. You were calming and caring as well as being a good listener when I needed one. I can't tell you how much it meant to me to have your support."
