At Kingston, there is no endowment or down payment required. We are a rental community offering 120 apartments that range from efficiencies to two-bedroom apartments units. Our apartments feature spacious living areas, ample closets, and kitchenettes. We realize that for any place to be truly a home, it must reflect the resident’s personal touch. For this reason, residents furnish their own private apartments with cherished furniture and possessions.
Many features and amenities are included in the monthly rental rate. All utilities are included with the exception of telephone.
Residents and their families can rest easy knowing special care is available at Kingston. Our in-house Assistance With Living Program, with a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse and staff of Certified Nursing Assistants, will monitor medications as prescribed by a physician and provide personal care services when needed to enhance independence.
