Comfort and convenience await you at Honeycreek, one of Charlotte’s newest communities for seniors.
Honeycreek consists of one and two bedroom single-story garden apartments, with handicapped accessible units. Each apartment if fully carpeted and features self-cleaning oven with front controls, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and washer/dryer hookup. Also included are mini-blinds, covered front entry and rear patio, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors, emergency pull cords in bathroom and bedroom, individual heat and air conditioning.

Community amenities include a 3,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with community room, beauty salon, crafts room/library, health room, laundry room and offices. Outside amenities include walking trails, gazebo, shuffleboard court, horseshoe pit and community garden.

Residency will be available to seniors age 55 or older. Certain income restrictions apply.
