We are centrally located in the Capital Region of New York in a beautiful country setting in North Troy. We offer gracious retirement living without a buy in fee. We have 103 spacious studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and many of the apartments have a balcony or patio. Our staff has touched the lives, served the needs and fulfilled the retirement needs of many people. We offer a full schedule of activities in the building as well as attend community events. Transportation is provided to Dr. appointments in the city of Troy every Tuesday and to grocery stores, banks and pharmacies twice weekly. We welcome family involvement for meals and activities. Our community is beautiful, homey and affordable!
