Hertlin House, located in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY, services Long Island seniors with a rental program in a superlative setting offering lifestyle, comforts and benefits that make senior living more independent and personally fulfilling. Seniors no longer have to choose between living alone or in an environment that could limit their ability to be independent.

Hertlin House is for the seniors who has they ability to live independently, but wants the security and benefits form living in a senior community. Amenities include one meal daily, transportation, housekeeping, and emergency response system.

Within the community, there is a beauty/barber salon, theater, library/computer center, arts and crafts. Everything is under one roof offering a true sense of community. There are community and recreational facilities and programs, including health and wellness.

There are four different floor plans on three levels (accessible by elevator): studio, one bedroom, one bedroom with den and a one-bedroom suite. All apartments have a full kitchen and bath with walk-in shower and grab bars. It is all inclusive except for telephone and cable.
