The Plummer Pavilion provides safe, healthy affordable housing in a development environmentally appropriate for seniors of all ages. Residents will enjoy the luxury of completely-renovated air conditioned studio, one or two bedroom units, with shower and refrigerator/ kitchenette. Safety features include emergency call system, grab bars and handicap-accessible shower stalls. All units are telephone/internet service and 24-hour security are also included. Residents requiring personal care assistance (dressing,bathing grooming,etc.)can secure these services at additional cost.The ground-level will contain a full service medical clinic with doctor's office available for residents, their families and their families and the surrounding community. Services will include geriatrics, pre-natal care, pediatrics, rehabilitation and other out-patient services.Small retail shops, beauty/barber shop and health and fitness centers are conveniently located on premises. Recreational services, transportation and health care/service consultants will be on hand to provide assistance and guidance to residents on a daily basis. In addition, pleasantly-decorated common areas will provide social gathering places for members and their visitors. The surrounding community provides a plethora of recreational activities including movie theatres restaurants, shopping, parks, etc. And public transportation is readily available.
