Kendallwood Hills Estates has 102 apartment homes and is one of the newest properties north of the river.  If you want a home that focuses on family, community and service, and not just amenities, we are the one to see.  We provide "luxury living for the young at heart."

Amenities and Services

  • Our apartments are spacious with 12 foot ceilings and full kitchens. The cost includes 3 meals daily, all utilities except telephone and cable, housekeeping weekly and transportation to Tuesday through Thursday. All units have separate heating and cooling systems.
  • We have a private dining room, activity room and game room that are all available for resident functions. We have an 18 foot pond/water fall that sports beautiful Koi and gold fish very near the main dining room. We also have an exercise room, hair salon, bank and home health agency on site to help support our aging in place philosophy.
  • Our activities our planned with the residents in mind and we provide 3-4 education offerings monthly to keep them current on the lastest trends in health and finance.
  • We have staff available at our front desk 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of our residents.
