The Anthony James is a senior independent living community for adults over the age of fifty-five. We are nestled in a park-like setting, just blocks from groceries, dining, shopping and churches. Our building is accessible and has an elevator. All of our one and two bedroom apartment homes have spacious, fully electric kitchens, including dishwasher and disposal. All have three season porches and an in-unit storage room.
Heat, water, trash service and indoor garage parking are all included in the rent. All apartments are cable ready. Residents are responsible for paying for electricity, cable and phone. Complimentary transportation is available for grocery and mall shopping twice a week. We also provide transportation to various events and activities of interest to our residents, such as; Dining out, Libraries, Theaters, Plays, Festivals, Casinos and more. This is in addition to many on site activities.
