Summerhill is a three story building built on a beautifully landscaped campus located on a quiet street. Shopping, restaurants, and services are within a short distance. Summerhill is in the heart of the city, yet located in a residential setting.

Built in 2003 our building is handicap accessible, secure, and equipped with a fire sprinkling system. There are 70 units in 10 styles, offering 1,2 or 3 bedrooms, all with generous space including 9 foot ceilings, underground parking and beautifully decorated common areas.
