The Villages at Marion features three types of apartment living.  Located near shopping and restaurants, Village Place Independent Living is next to Thomas Park, in Marion, Iowa.  This peaceful setting offers residents casual living and an opportunity to maintain long-term friendships and cultivate new ones.  Whether you're off to a baseball game, a nearby casino, out to lunch with the Red Hatters, or listening to quiet music in the Friendship Room, there's lots to do at Village Place.

Upon move-in, each resident selects the meal plan that best meets his/her needs.  Each apartment has a full size kitchen, and some opt to cook many of their own meals.  Others take greater advantage of dining in the Parkview Dining Room.

Village Place is a secure building.  In addition, each apartment has an emergency call system.  There are seven sizes/styles of apartments, and all are rented on a monthly basis, with only a refundable security deposit as an initial fee,  Scheduled transportation to doctors and shopping is an additional service so residents remain active in the larger community.

Village Place is a place to call home.  Leave behind the responsibilities of home maintenance and join our community.  If more assistance is needed in the future, Village Place Assisted Living and Memory Care apartments are an additional option.
