CAMELOT VILLAGE is located in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and is made up of units including 29 one-bedroom and 7 efficiency apartments. Four of these units are designed specifically for physically handicapped persons. Apartment amenities include a shower with tub, safety rails in bathroom, electric oven/range, refrigerator, emergency call system, carpeting, window blinds, furnished utilities (except for telephone and cable), smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms and not to mention, individual heating and cooling systems. Property amenities include controlled entrance, community room, coin operated laundry room, off street parking area, and elevator. Our community offers a variety of recreational activities, including bingo, potlucks, birthday celebrations, card games, and other social gatherings. A service coordinator is available for resident personal needs.
