Vineyard Suites at Indian Creek senior housing community is scenically located along Indian Creek in Caldwell, Idaho. VS is an independent living community and open to individuals 55 years of age and older. Rents are based on income and vary accordingly. VS accepts residents with SICHA/Section 8 Vouchers or other rental assistance. VS has a licensed social worker on-site two days a week to help coordinate services and referrals for our Residents.
The community is comprised of 50 one and two bedroom apartments, and designed with services and amenities specially suited to meet the physical and social needs of persons 55 years and older. VS has on-site management, security cameras, magnetic lock entrances and a telephone entry system. There are several community areas including an exchange library, computer lab with internet access and free use of printers, a fitness center, and community craft room, community gardens with raised garden beds, horseshoe courts, a creek side walking path, a hot tub and a large community room with a kitchen.
At Vineyard Suites we have set out to build a community. The residents lead weekly bingo, card and chess matches, daily morning coffee and monthly potlucks The local chapter of AARP and holds monthly meetings on site and TRIAD a division of the Caldwell Police Department offers fraud prevention seminars. To keep everyone abreast of the various community events, we have a resident published monthly newsletter.
