Saint Anne’s Terrace is a not for profit community committed to providing residential housing and services in the Buckhead-Atlanta area since 1987. The Terrace is affiliated with Saint Anne’s Episcopal Church, solidly backed by an involved volunteer Board of Directors and staffed by qualified, caring personnel. The Terrace is located on four acre and nestled amongst residential neighborhoods, churches and community organizations, all easily accessed by paths and sidewalks.
Our residents enjoy a small, friendly community staffed with a front desk concierge, full time chauffeur, and a full time activity director. Security lives on the premises and a nursing service is available 24 hours. Residents also take advantage of the community amenities offered: a self-run complete library, a wide variety of exercise classes, computer and internet access, a beauty/barber shop, a convenience store, and nondenominational vespers services every week.
Dining at Saint Anne’s Terrace is an event. The resident social atmosphere merges with elegant white-linen dining overlooking the courtyard for a truly impressive dining experience.
The Terrace provides a range of affordable one and two bedroom apartments with varied floor plans. Each apartment features nine or ten foot ceilings and can be customized to fit the needs of each resident.
