Carmel Oaks is an Independent Living Community designed for seniors who want to enjoy carefree living. Carmel Oaks is Lakewood's Newest Senior Living Community for people 55+ and is part of the overall White Fence Farm community in Lakewood.

Our brick, three story building features, among other things, a health and wellness center, a computer/game room, woodworking hobby shop, billiards room, optional dining program, scheduled van transportation, under building parking, a security entrance and more. But more important, we provide security and freedom. All of this is just minutes from shopping, restaurants, medical/hospital care, grocery stores and more.

Our community features 8 different apartment style homes all handicap accessible that range from 775 to 1650 sq.ft. We have both one and two bedroom floorplans available.
