The Orchard is 55+ community.  We offer affordable senior living in  beautiful garden apartments.  With over 600 trees, you are free to pick the oranges, tangerines, grapefruits and lemons from the citrus trees located throughout the community. 

Our full time activities director schedules daily events.  You can join the water aerobics class in our heated pool or simply swim at your leisure.  Choose a special partner for a lively game of cards, billiards or an exciting game of bingo.

The Orchard also offers a van shuttle service to grocery stores, shopping centers, medical services and the local library.

The Orchard has on-site guest suites for the use of friends or visiting relatives.  Please ask us about our furnished apartments that are available for lease.

Within walking distance we have banks, medical facilities, restaurants, dry cleaners, salons and grocery stores.
